Great location to airport. Clean and nice hotel. Room was very hot when I checked in was the only negative. Took about an hour before it cooled down. Check in staff was very friendly and bilingual.

16 minutes from walking out of my room to being at my gate. Super convenient location with speedy shuttle. Rooms are very nice and service was excellent for our brief stay. Large shower, comfy bed. They even had a lunch box ready for us since we were going to miss breakfast. Also hats off to the cleaning staff, the entire hotel smelled amazing. These guys give Holiday Inn Express a great name!

Great hotel! The staff are so kind and friendly, Instantly felt welcomed. The rooms are very clean and up to date, they also have a lunch happy hour downstairs and it has multiple options for snacks, food and drink. The indoor pool is also very nice. Another great amenity they have is a laundry room, it is free just make sure to bring your own washing detergent. Would for sure stay here again if the need arose.

We didn’t know about the room card to activate the power in the room, but we did sleep well in the beds. The complimentary breakfast was good.

It's the best choice if you have a early flight or trouble driving at night from airport, I stayed there since block roads were affecting my plan and it was the best choice, if you call the number here, they'll send you a van to pick you up, good breakfast and accommodations perfect. 100 recommended.

excellent place to stay. Super clean the room I got had a coffee maker + coffee, breakfast included, a small fridge, microwave, a safe, and the shits smelled clean. Plus there's a convenience store next door. And the view. The window looked like a landscape picture. The main reason why I chose to stay here was the free shuttle to the airport. It looks like it's 24/7. I requested the service at 4 o'clock in the morning, the driver was ready before 4. I didn't have a car with me, but it looked like they offered free parking. They had plenty of parking. I was very happy with my stay. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay here in the future. It have everything a good hotel should have.

This Hotel is really perfect! They provide a free hot breakfast, have amazing comfortable beds, quiet rooms and a good Italian and Mexican restaurant just next door! the hotel provides a free shuttle service which gets you to the airport in literally one minute! The staff is exceptional, especially Abraham, he greeted us upon arrival but our reservation wasn't' in the system regardless, he accommodated our request and took care of the issue! We had flights cancelled and rescheduled 7 times during our overnight stay, Abraham also worked closely with us to reschedule our shuttle service in order to make our flights. If you need a good clean updated hotel close to the airport, we highly recommend! Spacious quiet updated rooms with views, high speed internet, a pool and small workout facility, hot breakfast included & free shuttle service to the airport. This is a great value!

This hotel is located 3 mins away from the airport with a complimentary shuttle. The check-in staff was professional and friendly. We asked about the shuttle and she put us down for the requested time. She also asked if we would like a to-go meal as we would be departing before breakfast hours. There was an OXXO within walking distance that was open 24 hours. We were issued one key but the room needs additional card for power. The room was spacious, very well thought out and comfortable. Although, it appeared to be clean one of the beds did have hair. The carpet and curtains had stains and there were other cosmetic discrepancies. They offered complimentary water bottles, coffee and tea with a spacious fridge. Plenty of room for your luggage. Dove hygiene products and hand soap. Noise travels unfortunately, and you can hear your neighbors. Checkout process was fast and the front desk handed us our to-go meals. The shuttle was punctual and assisted with luggage. Overall, it was a comfortable stay before our flight. The score is probably like 4.5/5 because hair on bed is revolting.
